Not that we had expected the film to do poor business at the box office given how it boasts a powerful star cast to the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and also has an advantage of the long Diwali weekend but considering the negative reviews and how the critics felt its the most disappointing film by Aamir, the matters did look a little dicey. But there...emerging victorious on the very first day thanks to the unconditional love from the audience, TOH has hit a whopping Rs 52.25 crore at the domestic box office (Hindi + Tamil + Telugu), on day 1.
